4 Dress Trends That Are Both Trendy & Timeless

Though the idea of chasing after trendy items may seem frivolous, the 4 dress trends I am talking about in today’s post are trendy yet timeless at the same time. Year after year I see them coming back with a vengeance, so if you are looking for a dress that is both of the moment and a classic, you should definitely check out the below styles.

A Slip Dress – though slip dresses are uber trendy this summer, they have been in style for the past few seasons and my guess… are not going anywhere anytime soon. Versatile, comfortable, slip dresses can be styled up or down, and work for a variety or occasions and even seasons (so cute with a structured blazer and boots in colder months) which is perhaps why they will never go out of style.

Puff Sleeve Dresses – are once again a huge trend this summer, and my guess we will keep seeing them again and again in seasons to come. So romantic and feminine, in my mind, puff sleeve dresses are a summer staple. Best thing – they came in a variety of styles and lengths, so go for the one that speaks to you the most!

Sunshine Colors like yellow and orange are among some of the most popular and trendy colors to wear during summer, so they are definitely a safe bet if you are looking to add a bit of color to your Summer wardrobe.

Fitted Midi Dresses with Interesting Back Details – personally, I love that this style is so trendy this seasons because I appreciate how versatile it is. Normally, I like to wear them with flat slides during the day and dress them up for night with strappy sandals. Yet… as trendy as this style is, we have seen it over and over again, and I believe it will continue to withstand the test f time.
