I guess staying at home is not entirely without its benefits… and getting back into the kitchen is definitely something I’ve been enjoying a lot lately. Since coffee is my drink of choice, I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different coffee recipes lately, and the one I’m sharing with you today has been my hands down favorite. There are definitely other recipes, most of them are a bit more complicated than the one below, so if you’re looking for something easy, this is it!
Start with 1 cup of strong chilled coffee. I prefer espresso simply because I really love the taste. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk (oat milk and coconut milk also work amazing). Sweeten to taste, although most of the time I prefer my coffee unsweetened. Add 4 ice cubes, and blend for 1 minute! And voilà, you’re all done!
I promise this tastes amazing! And is such a good alternative to classic coffee or espresso on a hot day!
