To say that I was excited for this launch is to say nothing at all… One of my favorite brands of all time, when I found out Hermès was finally launching beauty I couldn’t wait to test it out, and let me tell you, it definitely did not disappoint.

I fell in love with the packaging the moment I saw it… Sleek, architectural and incredibly chic, these pretty lipsticks make a stunning addition to any make up bag (although I am choosing to display them on my vanity), oh and the products come in the signature orange boxes!

The quality is incredible, which is something to be expected from this luxury brand, but even with that in mind, I was absolutely amazed how creamy the lipsticks are! Another reason why I am obsessed is selection of colors and textures. As you may already know, corals and oranges are my favorite shades, and although there are a few great coral lipsticks out there, a true orange is hard to find. Well, behold my new favorite orange shade: Rouge Hermès Matte lipstick in Rouge Orange. A soft, beautiful orange shade, that’s both fashionable and incredibly wearable.

I also appreciate a  variety of textures and Hermès offers plenty of finishes to choose from. From creamy and glossy, to powerful mattes, I certainly had a lot of fun playing with different looks!

Bottom line, I am obsessed! In fact, Hermès lipsticks will now have a permanent place in my make up box and chances are, you’ll be seeing quite a bit of them on this blog in the future. Hope you don’t mind.
