Good morning, Everyone! How is your week going so far?
Emil and I shot these pics on Friday last week. We woke up to one of those particularly rainy and gloomy days and decided to combat the blues by hitting a few of our favorite places around LA. So, we headed to West Hollywood, for some shopping and dining. First, we took a walk on Melrose Ave, stopping by Isabel Marant and Diesel stores, then we popped in our favorite flower shop to get some pretty flowers for the house. I've been a little daisy crazy lately:), so I simply couldn't resist getting a bright bouquet. Finally, we had a cozy little dinner at Eveleigh on Sunset. I raved about Eveleigh on this blog before, but it's just been one of those special places for us. The food is always amazing (I particularly recommend trying the cheese board and potatas bravas) and the rustic decor is so warm and inviting. We ended up having such a great time, we completely forgot about the gloomy weather:) So, overall our plan was a huge success! How about you guys, what do you do to chase away the blues?
