I am talking about feathers: feathered dresses, tops and even accents like shoes and bags, so if you are shopping for a new little black dress this season, I would definitely keep this micro trend in mind.
Although feather dresses come in all kinds of colors, personally I prefer this trend in black (wearing this one in this post). Feathers are a lot, they certainly add that dramatic element to a look, which is why I think they benefit from a solid, elegant color like black.
As far as accents go, I like to pair my black feathered numbers with either elegant black heels, something in metallic, or in this case a hybrid of both, a gorgeous metallic green.
