It’s official you guys, I found the BEST pair of white jeans and now, I just don’t want to wear anything else! Seriously though, white jeans are a must for summer, so I’m always looking for a great pair to wear with my colorful tops (cause I’m kinda weird about pairing colorful tops with blue jeans). So, when I spotted these AGOLDE criss-cross high-rise straight leg jeans, I knew I found my perfect pair.
So, this is a new fit for AGOLDE. Typically their criss-cross styles are a bit more slouchy and have a wider leg (see here), which is super cute, but I was really curious to try this new tapered straight leg style, and it was a big hit for me! I think it’s just a bit more elegant and polished, plus they are longer so they look great paired with a variety of shoe styles including pumps.
To get the look, I sized up 1 size. The criss-cross waist line is really forgiving, so sizing up was not an issue at all. Yes, I suppose the waistline is a tad loose but I don’t mind it, and I definitely prefer the looser fit around the hip and thigh areas.
For today’s look, I paired them with this super cute Jacquemus top (which is actually on SALE right now). I love this top! Though I wasn’t quite sure about the fit at first (I’m a 34 B/C, so I didn’t know if it would provide enough support) but it does, it fits quite snugly and offers a good amount of coverage and support.
I completed the look with one of my favorite summer bags – the Jacquemus Le Bambino shoulder bag! The perfect little bag to pair with all your summer looks, I love that it works with the cross-body strap and off. Actually, for evening looks I prefer to take the long strap off, and wear it almost as a little clutch.
