Personally I love wearing pretty, feminine dresses with rough combat boots. Though technically speaking complete opposites, I love the way these two complement each other and work together to first take some of the dressiness down but also add a bit of edge to this otherwise very girly look.
The dress I am wearing in this look is new. I was looking for a cute little black dress to wear with boots and this one ended up being the winner thanks to the swingy silhouette, puff sleeves and texture! Oh, and it’s just around $100!
Also have my eye on these black and white little dresses! Though as I have mentioned before I love wearing this type of a dress with boots, I also like having an option of pairing them with heeled sandals, flats or sneakers on my days off, and these styles are perfectly versatile.

Normally, for this pairing, I keep my accessories simple and go with a pair of simple hoop earrings (like these ones or these ones for example) and a simple bag (really feeling chain details on bags lately).
